Developed severe styling product "build-up" on my scalp after using wax pomade without required strong clarifying or de-gunk shampoo, as there was no labeling to that effect. Scalp biopsy revealed"fungal hyphae observed". I still use Nizoral 2% now 3.5 yrs. later......let's say, it doesn't make it any worse. I also was using numerous different hair dyes during this
