Question by amyaz_98: Tapers/Plugs for ear lobes?
Are tapers and plugs used specifically for stretching your ear lobes? Are they used for anything else? My 15 year old niece bought a pair and they look like long glass cones. She said they are earrings but they look like pre-gauge stretching tools to me. What are the small "o" rings for? The little rubber ones that are on the cones? I've seen plenty of body jewelry but these are new to me (the "cone" type). The worst I've
