Question by gris: Does it really mater what brand of protein shake i consume?
I just started hitting the gym pretty hardcore a few months ago. I work out for around 2 hours a day but my routine doesnt really consist of heaving weights or just lifting in that matter because i wanna be cut not huge. half my routine is running and doing high reps of light weights then running ect. Ive been taking some gnc amp whey protein also. I also see a lot of protein shakes that say "scientifically proven
