should i get the "whey isolate 28" or the 100% whey protein" for enc.
also how many times a day would you recomed i drink it , if i work out about 4 times a week.

Answer by todd cjust drink it once a day, post workout. get something with about 30-40g protein. or just eat some tuna fish or something, healthy with the omega 3 fatty acids and you're getting your protein, although not as much as a shake. honestly i've used
