fluids behind the ear?

"You have fluids behind your ear" thats what the Dr. told me last night at the ER.

for the past few days, ive had this weird feeling on inside the right side of my head. Ive been feeling dizzy, and nauseous. I also have anxiety, which makes things much better for me.....

but the Dr. looked in my ears, and on the right ear, he just said that i had some fluids in there, making me feel dizzy.
he prescribed me Hydroxyzine, and said that it should help
