Question by wrongband: Is there a real difference between 95% pure and 100% pure Whey Protein Isolate?
I'm lactose intolerant but have been told of the wonders of whey isolate protein for workout recovery. There is a GNC Whey Protein Isolate that is labeled as "pure isolate protein," however the back of the label says it contains "up to 95% protein with minimal lactose and fat." I know that other brands such as Isopure and NOW Foods claim to be 100% pure. Is there any difference in that
