I cleaned her ears for weeks and took her to vets 3 times. It is deep in her ear I can hear it squishing around when I pet her. Each time I clean her ear there is a large amount of black/brown fluid in tissues and q-tips. I tried the store ear dry stuff, Vet gave her antibotics and a cream all three times which didn't help at all. Even when cleaning everyday for
