Anyone know of a link to tutorials for cutting 3d blocks in MasterCam for beginners?

Question by Alibi: Anyone know of a link to tutorials for cutting 3d blocks in MasterCam for beginners?
I'm running Mastercam 9.1 and I need to cut the sides of a block to leave an "ear" in the middle but I can't seem to figure out how to cut around that ear.

I cant seem to find a simple tutorial online so if someone could point me in the direction of one or give me instructions here that would be awesome! :)
