Every time I move my head, my right ear "pops"?

Question by Ryan: Every time I move my head, my right ear "pops"?
Its weird, whenever I move my head back and forth it 'pops'. Its not because my ears are clogged with air or whatever, the popping is almost subtly, like a soft drumming. I don't think I have an ear infection, because it would have hurt by now. This has been going on for about a day now.. what could cause it?
