Question by Jackie: do i have tmj or not?
ive been told i grind my teeth at night and from looking at my retainer i can see that.
recently ive been having "ice pick" headaches only at night when i am asleep they are very sharp and painful all around my head only last for a couple seconds til i take off my retainer,it ONLY comes when i am wearing my retainer (ive had braces for 8 yrs) wearing my retainer has never bothered me before & now i cant even wear it.i also wake up with ear pain only
